We will dispatch physical documents only under the following circumstances:

• Upon a specific written request from a client for original or certified copies of their documents.

Process for Client-Requested Dispatch

For clients requiring physical documents, the following process applies:

• A formal request must be made via email to our designated contact person.
• The client is responsible for all associated costs, including packaging, courier fees, and any applicable taxes.
• A cost estimate for the dispatch will be provided to the client for approval before the documents are sent.

Delivery Method and Timelines

• All documents are dispatched through reputable courier services or India Post (Speed Post) to ensure secure and trackable delivery.
• Documents will be dispatched within 3-5 business days after a client’s request is confirmed and payment for charges is settled.
• The actual delivery time will vary based on the destination and the courier service's operational timelines.

Tracking and Responsibility

• Once dispatched, we will provide the client with the tracking number and courier details via email.
• Our responsibility for the documents concludes once they are handed over to the courier service. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay that occurs during transit.
